Cool Book of 240D

Where can I get my hands on the official Mercedes-Benz repair book for the 240D?

I've maintained 240D's for a total of about 800,000 miles and have never had any manual except a Haynes. It only costs about $15 and is a bargain. Not all Haynes manuals are written well, but this is one of their best.

Good luck,

Manuals?

I got three of the MB shop manuals on e-bay for $100. Sixteen pounds worth. Two chassis manuals and the engine manual. Very nice to have and study. I also have the Haynes.
240DBENZER, where in NC are you?

I live in the piedmont triad area of NC. I checked out the MB website and found an email address to contact the "classic department" of MB about getting the books. I haven't received a reply yet though...

I went ahead and bought the service manual on CD on ebay for $20.00. I wonder if it's very useful...
