W212 DPF delete kit
 

I’ve been putting together a small machine and fab shop the last couple years. I just finished making an EGR and DEF delete kit for my 2013 E350 Bluetec. EuroFed in jacksonville is doing the install and flashing the ecu with a Melone tune.

The mechanics there there were impressed with the kit I made and said other people may be interested in them.

I can make more of these kits, I still have the jigs I made. I can make kits for any other diesel as long as I can get the original parts to make a jig from.

I can make almost anything else, I will start putting flanges and other hard to find parts that I had to make myself on my website here soon.

well tail pipe states?, any power benifits, or mpg gains.

I have only driven it for a day. Very noticeable throttle response gains. That sluggish ramp up thing that is coded into the ecu to reduce soot is gone so all the power is there. It’s a very mild tune, I just wanted the thing to not destroy itself with the egr.

Beautiful work Fred, that is really nice looking. If you were to offer a kit for the S350 bluetec, you'd have the market cornered. I've been looking, and nobody offers such a thing for the w221 S-class.

If you were able to get me the parts you want deleted, I can copy them for you. You could cut the long sections of exhaust so that they packed up better.

I am also looking for DPF delete downpipe for W221 S350 CDI
