Good job! You'll learn that death is the only way to not have an old Benz, of course. Be patient with those who just don't understand.

Warden:

You need new window gaskets. Fairly standard on these cars now. Also, check sunroof drains, and the cowl drains up front for blockage or broken hoses. Usually not serious unless you have rust up front, unlikely in a Texas car.

You may get by with the axle bolt tightening -- they are noisy if not tight! If the boot is bad, though, you at least need to get that replaced.
