Greetings all, it been about 4 years since I’ve been on here-so much knowledge gained I guess I got by. Anyways I need some help: I’ve got air in the fuel lines.
My engine won’t start after being run for about 30 min or so. I’m getting the classic, some say, bubble at the prefilter IN line #1. I go to start and this line actually drains down very quickly then refills when I stop trying to start. I don’t think I’ve seen this before.
I’ve attached a video link, https://youtube.com/shorts/fywkBKK7Ob4?feature=share
I changed all the plastic lines and prefilter(w/o-ring) with new from PP and sure I’ve got them routed right per Diseasel300 post from 2017. The intake and return lines are on the right nipples on the firewall. Now I will say I’ve got a leak on line 3 at the lift pump I’ve got to sort. Anyone seen this phenomenon before and ideas of what did wrong/solutions?
