95 vs 90 300d--similarities?

There is a 95 300d that someone is parting out nearby. I know it has a different engine...but what about interior stuff?
I am looking for sun visors, center window switches, instrument cluster parts, power seat switch, seats (if they are nice). Maybe even brake calipers, relays, headlights, etc.

Most of the interior stuff will be the same. Headlights are different. Not sure off hand on brake calipers.

The interior will be slightly different but will fit. e.g. the steering wheel is different and the 90 would have an adjustable column too. the 95 wont.

The interior pillar panels are plastic on the 95 while they are aluminium on the 90, they fit on either car but will have a color tone difference.

Nice! Thanks! I think it would be worth heading down there.

The newer car has better seats and door panels IIRC.

The later steering wheel may not fit because of changes in the electrical connections. I had that same issue finding a better steering wheel for my ‘95. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the date of the change. It may have been part of the ‘93-94 facelift.

Sounds good, I'll just leave the steering wheel. I was thinking about the seats, but I am guessing they are shot. It would be cool to have a surplus of power seat switches, window switches, etc.
