New and Improved Pelican Parts Search Function!
We have some great news for everyone! This past Friday we launched our new search function to our homepage! We listened to your feedback through our forums and recent surveys, and our team put in a lot of work to revamp and upgrade this feature to allow you to find your parts and accessories even easier! Now, you will notice a few changes. As you type, you will see predicative/suggestive text behavior allowing for easier searching and improved results. Another update you will find is searching by manufacturer part numbers. We have updated our system so that even without the correct dash and spaces, part numbers still appear in search results. We are continuously evolving and fine-tuning our website for the benefit of our users and are open to suggestions and future updates to further smooth out any bugs or problems you may encounter while using Pelican Parts. If you have any input regarding these changes or have other ideas for changes you would like to see, we would love to hear about it! Send us an email at events@pelicanparts.com with your feedback, or please see the link below to fill out our very brief survey regarding your experiences! As always, we would like to thank you, our loyal customers for continuing to support us in our quest to supply you with amazing parts! Survey: https://www.pelicanparts.com/support/search_survey.htm |

Thanx Matt ! .
I have noticed this new feature and it prompted me to buy parts I'd forgotten to put on my list . However, I am greatly missing the "Search by diagram" ~ .

Unfortunately I find the search to be less and less useful.
For example, engine mounts for my 1991 350SD. Really? Nothing is available? Has Lemfoerder and all the others stopped making anything that will fit? Because I know your competitors offer them. Same for a belt. Not even a generic Bando or continental?!? It seems like one has to shop in a number of vendors to get what you want. Why can’t Pelican be a true one stop shop? I wish far fewer chemicals and generic tools woukd pop up, and instead there was a renewed focus on parts for our old cars.

Thank you for the feedback JHZR2,
We are constantly expanding our catalog and are always interested in hearing about items our customers are after! I have forwarded this information off to our team so we can work to try to have some options available in the near future. -Matt |

Okay Matt ;
When can we expect the reinstatement of the shop by diagram feature ? . It's understood that older Mercedes' are selling less parts so you want to stock less .
