OM603 injection pump priming problems/not working
 

Alright guys, i just recently rebuilt my motor as i had a bent rod. anyways i did not remove or touch the pump during the rebuild but it was dry. im having a issue with priming it and ive been cranking the damn thing for a few days now
i checked both the lift pump and the delivery valves and both are clean and not cloggedm the pump is pulling fuel with no air leaks and lift pump works as intended.


But of course the fuel just kinda pools out of the top of all 6 delivery valves and to no result they wont shoot

i checked all my vacuum lines, tried it without any plugged in. along with different variations incsase they were wrong

i even pinched the return line and removed gas cap to help redirect more fuel in to the pump but its not working



Am i missing something? or do i need to tear it off and give it a rebuild/buy new???????????

pull the side cover of the pump off and make sure the rack isnt stuck
