it all depends on who's making the aluminum radiator.

There are some really cheap Chinese manufactured ones which are reported to fail after a year or year and 1/2. Some of these use epoxy rather than welds throughout. If you read reviews of Liland global (carried by rock auto) you might have second thoughts.

There are some well-built Chinese radiators, some of which are rebranded here.

There are also some domestically made aluminum radiators.
