1982 300CD, transmission vacuum lines

Does anyone have a good set of pictures or readable diagrams for the vacuum lines? My transmission is shifting very hard. Sometimes, it will break the tires loose if it shifts while turning a corner. I think it is not good for the drive line and/or engine mounts. I'm pretty sure my vacuum lines to the transmission are messed up.

I don't have a diagram, but if you send some photos of your engine I can help! Feel free to DM me and I can give you my email.

The routing to the transmission isn't actually very complex. It's more likely that you have a leak somewhere. Further, you can adjust your VCV valve to increase vaccum to the transmission and make it shift softer - but hold off on that until you eliminate leaks.

Don't know if this will help. When I did some work on the car, I had disconnected the vacuum line at the transmission modulator, and I forgot to re-connect it.

They symptom on mine was nearly normal but slightly harsh up shifts but extremely harsh down shifts; it felt like something was going to break.

People have had the Transmission Modulator Cap crack or be entirely missing but I don't recall what the symptoms of that are.

Here is the picture of how they are connected. As you can see there are a few receptacles that aren't connected to anything.
