Two Different 617 Water Pumps?

Are there two different water pumps being used on the 617? Pelican lists two different part numbers 110-200-17-20 and 110-200-17-20-80.

Is this the vehicle 1985 300CD? And is it a car that was originally sold in the US?

I took a look at the site. Perhaps it is a question for the Pelican customer service.

You need to specify the exact model of the 617 engine that you are asking about. Not all 617's are the same.

In effect, no. 617s all used a "long" pump. The short version was used on some M110 applications.
Note that the OEM MB part # is -17-20, with an added suffix of -80.
