Ive got the rotten front sway bar on my 79 300SD in another thread

It may be time to pony up and buy a newer car. Anyone in Atlanta or North Georgia have like a 84 or 85 300SD for sale?
I am in Chattanooga and can travel an hour or two to get it. The only one around here at the moment is a little overpriced I think at $5k for an 85 with 205K.
b.t.w. what would be the proper price to pay for a car like the one for sale here in town? ($3500 maybee?)

Thanks for the link. Atlanta's classifides are much easier to search than Chattanoogas. There were actually several 300SD's in there. Chattanooga doesn't usually have even 3 or any model mercedes in the paper at any given time.
The 85's were going for $4500 and $4700 so I guess the one that is for sale in Chattanooga at $5k is not that far out of line.
