Injector dampness and cold start miss

As I was dialing the ALDA *back* a notch last night, I happened to notice that one of the injectors, middle one, was *damp* around the area where it (screws in?). It seems like I remember discussion regarding this type of issue. Is this a problem I need to take care of immediately or is this normal?

The other injector areas are completely dry; dirty, but very dry.

Other issue is that cold morning starts have begun with a miss recently. Wife says it's been doing that for a while now tho.

After about 5-10 seconds, it idles w/o a miss and perfectly smooth....only does this upon a cold motor start.
I'm guessing that this is normal except that I don't remember this happening before whenever I started a cold motor unitl just now.
