85 300CD Radio and Window Dead
 

Replaced my dead alternator with a AL129X. With that I eliminated the plug and have a direct lug connection to the junction box. After hooking things up I now have a dead radio along with the front passenger and rear driver windows not working. Fuses are all fine. Any ideas?

Recheck fuses, swap fuses from circuits that work to suspect circuits (Fuse B = red 16 amp, Fuse 4 = white 8 amp),

Radio also has its own onboard fuse.

Did everything work fine prior to seap?

Ya said dead alternator, possibly low battery voltage melted things?
