Cloudy Instrument Cluster!
I was cleaning my glass and I remembered my cluster's face had some smudge looking things on it. So I used my windex and paper towel and I sprayed it on and wiped it. It made the cloudiness even worse! Why? What can I do to get rid of it?!

For starters you want to avoid using papertowels on clear plastic. Paper towels will scratch it easily. To help clear it up, use a plastic polish. Any brand will do. I have a small bottle of Mothers that I have had for a very long time. Use a 100% cotton rag or towel to apply and buff off.

Thanks. I should have known a paper towel would scratch.

Try "Invisible Glass", avail at most auto parts stores
I use it on my windshield/windows and it works great. It even helps smooth out the sparkle that you get from pitting/chipping on my windshield (25 years old). I will help you with any film that is left from your cleaning and also possible help with any scratches that were left.
