5 cylinder diesel manifolds same for EGR vs. Non-EGR?
Does anyone know if the intake and exhaust manifolds from a non-EGR 5 cylinder turbo diesel would fit an EGR turbo diesel? If so, what years and models would I find those non-EGR manifolds? Thanks

As long as the non-egr manifold also has the turbo it should bolt right up.

Manifolds
Why do you want to change? If you just put a blank gasket under the existing EGR valve you can accomplish the same thing and never appear to have bypassed the stupid thing anyway. Like a recent President, one can get away with anything as long as one can't define "is".

Ya, I think Bens right I just made a blank out of some aluminum plate I had laying around and put it the between the EGR and the manifold,. allot easier than changing manifolds.

Well, I've got to pull the existing manifolds because of an oil leak anyway, so I thought if I could locate a few non-EGR ones for a reasonable price, I'd just bolt them on.
I just use it off-road to pull wagons around on the farm. |

Can you not just pull and plug the vacuum line to the egr to disable it??
