Good fuel in New England?
Hey! I am driving my 240D a lot more now, and therefore I am refueling more often. Usually I just go up the road and refuel at the standard "no name place" But what places are good? I recently am starting to refuel at Texaco (farther away than my no name place, but 10 cents cheaper) and a place called Crosson which is charging only 1.29 a gallon(!) What places are good in new england, there are no Amoco's or Chevron's around here, Basically the only guys selling diesel are Mobil, Texaco, Crosson, and some other no name places. Whats the best?

High Volume
I generally hit a high volume station, regardless of brand, although I choose name brand if avail. The only time I have ever had a problem was when I filled up at a "nobody buys diesel here" station. I regularly fill up at a high volume Mobil station and it seems to be good stuff.
I think fresh is good. JCD |
