front license plate mounting

The front bumper is supposed to have a license plate bracket that matches the pre drilled holes in the bumper, then the license plate mounts to the bracket. Do you have the bracket? It looks better without the plate or bracket, I took mine off, I leave it in the trunk in case the authorities get excited.

i have never had a bracket . i must be securing plate to wholes in bumper where bracket is suppose to be attached. Just had both bumpers painted as paint was cracking .. Agree no plate looks better .Two still required in Va. although i think they are dropping front soon to save state bucks..

If you have any Mercedes recycling centers (junk yards) in your area, check them out, should be fairly easy to get and cheap.
