Transmission Problem

I Been having problem with the transmission on my 240D , I like to Know if I can find a rebuilt Kit including the Torque Converter .
The transmission goes into gear and runs ok but , when is changing gears slips and when I let off the gas the gear goes in an is OK runs good , but only slips between Gears . I try to change the Fluid couple times and change another part but did not work , Please if you can help me , let me Know My regards Ernesto at uruguay@bellsouth.net

Try doing a search, with sometning like "240D and transmission", or "240D and slipping" or anything that will tie the 240D and the slipping problem together. I don't know if the 240D has the same vacuum setup as the other D's, but theres tons of transmission solutions in the archives. Just keep looking. My SD was slipping like a dog, and I just didn't believe it was the tranny it's self. With enough searching and a little polking around under the hood I found some vacuum problems.
Keep looking, and perhaps some one else may pick up on your problem and lend a hand.
