Winshield Washer Reservoir Question.....
 

My windshield washer reservoir on my 83 300SD leaks from a hole toward the front of the car down at the bottom. The hole looks as if it is supposed to have a plug or something in it. Was it a freeze plug of some sort? Anyway, does anyone know what it is called, what the part number is and, most importantly, where to get one?

Fastlane lists a plug that seems like what you are describing. Its 85Cents. Just click on the "Fastlane" icon above, or call Phil at the Parts shop #.

Thanks for the info. The description on PartsShop mentions that it is designed to plug the hole in washer reservoir where the level sensor would be. Does the 300SD work with a level sensor? Is there a dash light or something?
