Howdy,
My boss has an immaculate 1991 350SD he wants to sell. It has 144,000 miles and is in excellent condition. the car has an Oklahoma previous damage title. Given the history of this engine, OM603.97x, and associated apprehension, it will be a difficult sell. Engine issue aside, and assuming the vehicle has been well cared for, $8k is a very competitive price, IMO. Good luck.

Unfortunate but true. This would be a good price if it were 100% after the accident. Only problem is those engines have a terrible history for failure. I wouldn't buy one for more than $5,000 unless it had been re-manufactured by Mercedes.
