83 240D Leaky Oil Pressure Gauge

....after 4 or 5 days of repeatedly noticing Oil on my shoes, I suddenly realized what was going on. I replaced the oil Pressure sensing line when I was changing engines. I did tighten it securely.
I snapped the old line when I forgot to disconnect it when I was hoisting the old engine out, and I probably stressed the Oil Pressure Guage.

Tonite, I will pull the console box. Is the Oil Pressure Guage repairable or do I have to repace it?

Sorry for the bad news.

Could it just be though that the connection is not as it should be? I'm trying to think positive for you...
