On my 83 240D, Just where are the sunroof drains?
On my 83 240D, Just where are the sunroof drains? I am looking for them. Do I have to remove the sunroof to get access to them? If so, is there a procedure to do so? I think these drains may be a source of a leak in my car...

sunroof holes
front corners of sunroof chassis - slide back the sunroof and you'll see em - rears are over the pillar between F & R door. Bad news if rotted - you'll have to try and find a good second hand one and fit it - quite a job as the headlining has to be unhooked carefully and properly. I've got one spare, but I'm in UK - sorry! You will not get a new one, and an insitu repair is nothing like permanent but - be creative! You might have a bright idea on how to effect it..
