oil in vacuum
i replaced shut off on injector still have oil leaking from dash ... how much longer? thanks.

Sounds like the line going to the oil pressure gauge is leaking.

2 choices: cut a bit of the pipe off if thats fatigued at the end or buy the new valve/guage that screws into the back of the clock - can't be much $£...??

The Oil under the dash has nothing to do with vacuum. I'm not clear...did you have oil in the vacuum lines when you replaced the shutoff valve on the injection pump? If so, your vacuum pump is TOAST. If this is the case you must replace it imediately or it will continue to foul out all of the vacuum system and eventually drop bearings into the timing chain. We don't want that.
The oil under the dast is from the oil pressure guage hose. Follow MNorton's suggestion. Brad.
