What if they made new W123s!
Check this out! Talk about crazy....
http://mbspy.bacosys.be/W123nigeria.htm I'm sorry if this was already posted, but at the risk of being redundant I'm posting it anyway. It's good for a laugh! |

I'd be the first to buy one! I like the classic W123 but I'd love a brand new 300CD or 280CE.
same OM617/M110 or their 2.7L I-5 CDI engine or the 2.8L V-6 gas. new 5-speed auto or 6-speed manual MB's new A/C system with the old-style controls (finally really cold A/C and hot hot heater) simpler and more reliable cruise control improved vacuum system that is faster and more reliable yet still the same philosophy burlwood trim All leather suede headliner *mmmmm* uprated disc brakes, with ABS 15" style bundt-style wheels as standard Xenon headlights tauter suspension (surely they could work something out w/out altering the car's shape) *DREAM dream dream...*

For that matter, wasn't there a post recently about some Korean company that bought the S-Class design and was going to produce cars that looked A LOT like our German Benzes?
If Mercedes did come out with a new 123 style car, I'd pony up the $$ immediately. |

Nigerian Email scams - aren't they entertaining? This one is actually good, though.
