Question W123 Turn Signal stopped working

Hello Everyone,

A couple of days ago my turn signals quit working, then started working again--then quit again and have not been working since. Went to my good old MB CD Manual which only gives me a wiring diagram. I am pretty sure that the flasher is the little black box located between the power brake booster and the hood hinge just in front of the fuse box, but from what I understand from a friend who has another MB, that this relay works the intermittent wipers, hazard flasher and turn signals. The intermittent wiper is working fine but I have no hazard flash or turn signal. Any suggestions would be very welcome at this point.

PS already checked all of the bulbs and they seem to be fine.

Thanks,

Dave
