1985---300D---5speed
I thought someone on here might be interested in this vehicle. I bet it won't go too high because of the rust and the mileage questions. I thought the euros had the manual ac controls?---I guess not in 1985? Well here it is if anyone wants to take a look.

With my recent issues, that drivetrain would drop RIGHT in place of the injured 240D engine and drivetrain.  Too bat it's in CT.

I wonder if that is all the rust it has on the body. If it is then it'd make a nice car once that is taken care of!
The Automatic Climate Control was an option I think? Just that most people in Europe and the world didn't want it...? I never saw these push button units until I came here.... even the W210's in Indonesia didn't have the ACC. Maybe since I'll be in CT over the weekend I should check it out... I just realized the rear DOT bumper...  that looks weird...If it had the DOT one up front too then I guess it wouldn't be too bad... but this looks weird.
