glow plugs and outside temp gauge?

I replaced the glow plugs in the SDL last night. Instead of the outside temp gauge reading 117-125F it now reads 84-92F. Another 1.5 glow plug changes should bring the gauge into the 45-55F range which is about right for San Jose, CA at this time of year

I wonder if the wires for the temp sensor are in the same bundle as the wires for the glowplugs?

You may have a short in there somewhere.

Or, since it is a full moon tonight, werewolves....

Actually for the Bay Area right now I'd be pretty happy if the weather was at 8o to 90 degrees.
Just put on a hood and enjoy that beautiful weather you're having...
Better than the Arizona weather you had before...
