Turn Signal / Harzards Not Working?!

I was getting my '85 300D towed yesterday (since it hit -20F and my car wouldn't start) and the hazards didn't work. Now my turn signals don't work either!! I noticed this happened to me during the summer.... I put my hazards on and then it seemed like I lost all electrical power. The radio cut out along with my turn signals. Eventually it came back but not this time! Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Brian

Same thing's happened to me...

I find that sometimes rocking the hazard toggle switch back and forth a few times can get it to kick in...crud, etc. can build up around the contacts. The hazard blinkers "override" the turn signals, also.

I remember I had to check and replace a fuse once for a similar problem.
