I noticed that one as well. Too bad it's in Mass. The shipping to get it here would kill me.

Brian, I will bet you can talk TXBill into driving up there and putting it in his trunk... He just looks for excuses to drive his MB on the weekend.... He traverses the entire state some weekends to help out his friend in Temple...
Go ahead, give it a shot..... nothing to lose....

Borrow a pickup and come'n get it...... NE is LOVELY this time 'o year! Seriously though, truck freight is cheap if the seller is willing to skid it and dump it at a terminal for you. RT

I shipped two engines last fall after selling them on Ebay. Shipping was still well in excess of $300 on the one that I shipped to PA from TX, with terminal drop off and delivery to door. I'm not willing to spend that in addition to the buying price on an unknown. There has been a recent turn of events within my family, and I will likely be parting out both the 75 and the 80 240D's. I'll likely be picking up a cheap korean econocrap car to beat to death to and from work. $4500 for a car with 15K original on the clock is pretty hard to ignore. There is a vintage specialist in the metromess that has an old Ponton 190Db as his personal playtoy as well. I'll likely be taking the 59 to him and tell him to make the car right. I know it's gonna cost alot more to go this route, but I just simply don't have the time anymore. Despite my best of intentions, I have yet to do anything to that car, that would get it back on the road. I'm also simultaneously getting ready to finish the remodeling on my house. A few K in finishing work is going to translate to 50K in equity - time to quit procrasinating on that one as well.
