Delvac1 users with 603 or 617 - how often do you change oil?
 

I was just wondering what the other board members that are using delvac1 are doing for oil change intervals. I have had two changes for each of my cars at 5000miles, now I am at 9000miles on the third fill of delvac.

I was just wondering how much other people have been pushing it.

(yeah, I know that I can get a test kit, but for $20 I am not sure that it is worth it)

Maybe I like spending money,

I change the oil on it with delvac 1 at 4000 miles or so. I guess I love this car so much that I want it to out live me.

I change both at 10K miles per oil analysis.

Rotella T here.. every 3000 to 4500 miles... whenever I can get around to it.

I remeber that someone had done a post with theri Delvac 1 after analysis after 10,000 miles and it was still in good shape. I think it's recommended that every 7500 miles to be changed, that's good for me :-)

Once a year, in the spring time, but my wife drives the car, she does not put too many miles on it.so I would say < than 10K
