Some smoke under acceleration is normal on any diesel. If you don't see at least some smoke, you're probably running too lean a mixture. The oil pressure you describe is completely normal as well. When the engine is cold, the gauge will read 3 bar at idle and of course under load. As the engine warms to operating temperature, the gauge will begin to read lower at idle and 1.5 bar is where it should be at hot idle. It should peg the gauge immediately upon acceleration. As for the diesel leak, you might get underneath the car and check the condition of the hoses coming from the fuel tank, also you may want to pull the right side trunk panel back and see that the filler neck isn't cracked anywhere.
