87 300d turbo ac

Hi,
Last year my 87 300d turbo, 124 body style, AC converted to 134a stopped cooling and I checked
pressure and added some freon and some oil, but I am afraid that
the system might be plugged up with to much oil. System does not leak. Last time in 02 when I used AC it started cooling OK for maybe a few miles and then stopped.
If anybody knows where can I find information on how much oil it needs in the compressor and how to drain eccess, I would be very thankful.
