I asked this question a while ago. No one knew, not even the dealer. The tech had to pull out a shop manual and call me back to tell me it was the big combo relay in the fuse box. I have pictures posted of my old one. My signals stopped working and the problem was cured with a new relay. They are very expensive (close to 200 bucks) from the dealer and anywhere online. I got mine off ebay.

Thanks 190d22, I got them working by fooling with the emg flasher switch. The emg flasher switch was partially on and cut out the blinkers. Chris
