Considering a 95 E300D
 

Currently I daily-drive an 87 300SDL (176K). It's a great car, but a bit big for just one person. Ive had it for 4 years now, and I'm looking into a 95 E300D. I have no particular car in my sights now, but can find them around if I look on the web. This one seems to be a good choice as it is the last (and presumably the most refined) of the W124s, and appears to be the right size.

Questions:

1. Any typical problems for this model?

2. Any better suggestions on model choice(no flame wars, please).

3. Any advantage to Starmark?
