Dunno about a web site, but you selection is limited to 86-87 300 SDL, 87 300D, various 190 D models from 84 to 88?, 350 SDL from 92 to 95 or thereabouts, 300D 2.5 turbo models from 89 to 92 or 93, and the E300D and E300D turbo models from 95 to 99.
I love my 300D -- very hot for a diesel, but they are getting a bit old now. The 2.5L in the W124 chassis is nice, just low on power compared to the 87 with the 603. The 350 has a history of serious engine problems, buy at your own risk.... W126 chassis. The E300D models are very nice, but suffer from too much automation (and associated costs when the automation dies). Peter

$15K is about right for a good E300 2.5. I find the number of posts on the timing chains of the 602 engines coming apart alarmingly high. Check the archives and see for yourself. You can find the 300SD/S350 for under $15K. At the very least read what's been posted on the 603.97x engines. The 606 engine in the E300 is quite something with or without turbo. I have to think that in the $15K range one will have very high miles or a questionable history. Donnie/Benzmac in Suwanee (an hour from Woodstock?) is selling his 96 E300 with 270K miles for something like $12.5K. If it's Donnie's car, I'm sure it'll be exactly as represented.
