Question Suspension noise

I'm 99% sure that my guide rod subframe mounts are bad, from other posts. I've been hearing a bit of a groan/squeak (not sure how exactly to describe it) for a while now, usually on large bumps. However, today, it's gotten noticeably worse. Every time the suspension moves at all now (including pushing down on the front bumper after parking the car), I'm hearing the same noise, but louder. It's on the left side, coming from the front mounts.

Is this the guide rod mount telling me that it's getting worse, or could it be something else? When I did the brakes and wheel bearings last January, I also replaced the upper control arm bushings (inner)...

Thoughts appreciated...thanks in advance!

I have had this problem on a few of my Benzs. Usally spraying with silicone or rubber lube cures it.
Recently I found the sway bar was the worst noise and replaced the bushings.
