Wow, nice car, you almost stole that thing.
 Nice catch, and good job detailing it. I need to repaint my rims too, I did it to my 84 but with a cheap paint, my 83 had a leaky caliper which took the paint off....

Matt,
Great looking car! I really like the deep red and I can imagine how much work you put in to making it look like that. How did you go about buying a car from the Salvation Army? Seems like a great place to look for projects, and the proceeds go towards something worth while. Thanks. Alex

Awesome work! You convinced me to paint my grill. What kind of paint did you use on those sparkling wheels? Could you post a close-up pic of those headlight doors? I love these simple ideas to perk up a classic, without spending a fortune.

Wheels.......
I painted them with metallic silver trim paint & clear coat. I bought the paint at Kragen auto parts.
