For someone who may need some wheels and maybe a few interior parts, the price that it went for isn't bad. Of course you'd have be somewhere close in Missouri to get the parts and then call the scrap metal folks to come get the rest.

I saw a 240D in a wrecking yard that was in better condition than that. The engine siezed up, so someone scrapped it . The body was strait with good paint, and the interior was in ok condition.
