Most of you suggested that my 84 300SD leans to the left because of a problem with the springs, and not due to a broken shock. I have one more question. Why would this problem only happen sometimes, perhaps 80% of the time, while 20% of the time my car sits normal? I am having the spring and shocks all replaced, but this issue is of interest to me, because other 300SD cars seem to lean to the rear, never toward one side. Is my car just strange? It has 131,000 miles - I bought it from a friend.
