Praise for FastLane

Just a quick word to praise FastLane for being well....FAST. I needed some belts for my 300d, ordered on a Tuesday, had 'em Thursday and they were exactly as ordered. You've got a customer for life. Thanks.

I have received great service from Fastlane too. I get parts in less than 24 hours. I can order up until about 6PM and get them about 3PM next day when UPS delivers. This is for standard ground shipping. I live in NE PA and Fastlane ships to me from NJ.

Can't get service like from the MB dealer.

Bill and Donnie hit the jackpot when they hired Phil. He knows his stuff. FastLane is good, but the human interface with Phil makes it great.

I noticed great service too, I order a part, and get it in about 2 days after ordering it, compared to 4-5 days from Performance Products. Phil is also great, there was a problem with my order one time, so he called me and emailed me to figured out what I ordered, once we had everything figured out, my order came to my door 2 days later

FastLane sucks. by sucks I mean rocks. by rocks I mean rocks hard.

Stuff always takes a day to get to me if ordered by around 2PM and shipping is reasonable. I hate paying a lot for shipping. I also hate it when places charge you shipping by order amount, not weight.
