Shim Springs 300SD

How many hours work is involved to shim the front drivers side spring? The front drivers side of my 1984 300SD sits a little low. The shocks are new. Bushings are fine. Tire wear is normal. Since the spring doesn't hae to be removed just compressed enough to exposed the top of the spring and thus the collar, no more than 1 hour. 95% of the time would be involved with spring compression, if your mechanic is familiar and quick, even one half-hour is realistic.
