W126 reclining rear seat removal
Mike Tangas explained this to me before but I can't find his explanation and I don't remember a darned word of it.
Is there an unindexed section in the CD manual on this? If not, what is the procedure? I see two bolt heads where tabs would be in a nonreclining 126 rear seat. Removing the bolts doesn't seem to do anything to relelase the seat. Help. Were reclining rear seats standard or optional on SDLs? Thanks, Sixto 91 300SE 87 300SDL 83 300SD |

Wow, your SDL has a reclining rear seat? Rare option!

I thought those were only in the 560. I know they can be retrofit in the SDL.
