Run in max AC mode but disconnect one of the pressure switch wires so the compressor doesn't come on. The air out of the vents should be at ambient temperature if the monovalve is working.

Or test with a cold engine. You should have ~10 minutes of no significant influence from the heater.

The auxiliary fan should come on at low speed when the high side pressure is at or above 20bar. It should come on at high speed when the coolant temperature is at or above 105C.
