disassembly of a ACC pushbutton unit - 123/ 1984
 

How do you disassemble the pushbutton unit from a 1984 - 123 chassis?

I was able to get the bottom panel off, that is the side that has the solder joints. One of the traces was totally corroded, so I replaced it with a copper wire.

But the corrosion on that trace was so bad that I want to look at the component side of the pushbutton unit and see if all the components look ok.

I couldn't figure out how to get the top of the case off.

With all that plastic, I didn't want to push too hard, lest I never get it back together...

For now, I put the unit back in the car, and it seems to work perfectly except that there is no AC, which seems like there is a bad AC solenoid or relay that I need to test.

If anyone has any pointers on disassembly, please let me know.
