Thanx for the photo FL_116. I spent about an hour to no avail.
Sixto, that's probably the vacuum line for the pneumatic governor. The old MB diesels have throttle plates, which in turn control the governor on the IP. My 59 190Db has one, as does the 76 240D. |

The '63 180D is $6500. Supposedly been restored in and out. Paint is good. Is run about once per month.
Aborable, cute, whatever. My daughter wants it as her first car, but I was thinking of a 190D 2.2 instead. I've got a year or so before I need something yet.
