Valdosta, Georgia Shop?

My daughter will be a freshman at Valdosta State. She is taking the 81 300D. It's about 4.5 hours from home. I need to get in touch with a local shop that we can trust to help her out if needed. Anyone down that way have any suggestions?

Thanks

I know the perfect repair shop only about an hour to an hour and a half from that area. The name of the shop is Classic Automotive located in Albany, GA. We live 200 miles (almost 4 hours) from that shop, and it is the ONLY place that we trust with our four Mercedes-Benz diesels.

The proprietor of the business is named Norman Walker, and they do excellent work and will not charge excessively to do it.

Shop Name : Classic Automotive
Shop Number : 229-446-2079
Shop Address : 1215 Gillionville Rd. Albany GA, 31707

Directions:

From I-75 Exit in Valdosta, proceed West on SR 133 to Moultrie.

Once in Moultrie, turn right at the intersection on 133 towards Doerun (Albany may also be listed on that road sign)

Once in Doerun, turn left (continuing on 133) towards Albany.

Once in Albany, Continue on 133 and turn right on Slappey.

Once you've turned right on Slappey, Continue until you get near the Railroad tracks, the light that is right on the railroad tracks is Gillionville Road, take a left on Gillionville. (There will be a Harvey's Grocery Market at that intersection, and there will also be a closed down movie theater.)

Classic Automotive is not too far down on Gillionville road, just past the State Farm Insurance place. There will be a sign on the right that Reads "Classic Automotive," you should see several Mercedes in the lot and the shop is a 2 hanger garage. If you get to a red light on Gillionville Road, you have passed Classic Automotive by then.

If there are any questions...just post a reply with them.

Thanx-

Thanks Jamie,
I'll try to get by there when I go back to move her down.
