Bouncing oil pressure
The other day I was driving home, when I noticed at an idle, my oil pressure bouncing approx +- 7 PSIG. The oil pressure pegs out as soon as you hit the gas, and usually idles @ 20 PSIG. The Temperature was about 90F here the other day. The oil was changed about 2 weeks ago, and the oil filter was purchased from Fast Lane. Does anyone know what would cause this and what do I need to do to fix it?

If I remember right, it can be fixed by replacing the oil stem O-rings. I had that problem when I got the car, and lived with it...then, decided one day that I should replace the O-rings whiel I was changing the oil. I don't think I've had the bouncing since then...
Hope that helps some...good luck!

Thanks. I was ready to prepare to pull the pan and oil pump.
