Dumb question about the number of seats in 300SD
Dear friends:
There are 3 seat belt attachments (red/black plastic ones) in my 1984 300SD's rear seat row. However I can only find 2 seat belts for the entire row. Is such a huge 300SD designed specifically to accommodate only 4 people (driver, front passenger and 2 rear passengers)? I want to attach a baby car seat for my baby + dad + mom + wife + me. If there's only 2 rear seat belts, it's too bad. Best regards, Eric |

There are two little levers on the seat bottom. Run your hand along the bottom edge of the seat. Move these side to side and lift on the seat bottom. Front of the seat lifts and then the entire seat slides forward. I just brought my son home in my '85 300SD.
