Radiator Over Flow Tank Leak (84 300SD)

I am getting a coolant leak from the under side of the radiator over flow tank. The hoses appear to be secure and try. Any idea?

That was a typo. I was trying to say that the hoses are dry.

The one in my 83 SD had a crack. I fixed it with Permatex gray RTV because that's what I had handy. If I had to do it over I'd try a two-part epoxy made for plastics.

The first thing I noticed was that the hose lead to the area behind the headlight. I stuck it back in the hole in the fender but the puddle and coolant loss persisted. I pulled the tank and noticed the crack.

BTW, before that, the sealing part of the cap stuck to the neck of the reservoir so I think too much pressure caused the crack. I also changed the cap since when I took it off it came off in pieces.
