Follow up, can't turn it off! (1980 300D)

The black vacuum line that runs from the plastic unit by the injector pump is disconnected under the dash. Any idea where it goes (under dash). I have looked, with not much luck. Thanks in advance.

Check if the brown vcuum line is connected to the IP.

If it is, disconnect at first fitting and with engine running, suck on the line with your mouth. This should shut off engine. If engine shuts off, the shut off in the IP is OK and problem is somewhere else and visa versa.
